Ah Tereza, a private legal entity, headquartered at Rua Dezembargador Alfredo Russel 160 - Rio de Janeiro, registered under the CNPJ/MF number 46.150.127/0001-98 (“Merchant”), takes your privacy seriously and is committed to the security and protection of the data of all its customers, partners, suppliers, and users (“Users” or “you”) of the website “ahtereza.com.br” and any other website, store, application operated by the Merchant (herein simply referred to as “Store”).

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform you about how we use and disclose information collected during your visits to our Store and in communications we exchange with you (“Communications”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Store.

1. Definitions
   1. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
      1. “Personal Data” means any information that directly or indirectly identifies or can identify a natural person, such as name, CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry), date of birth, IP address, among others; 
      2. “Sensitive Personal Data” means any information that reveals, regarding a natural person, racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, union membership or affiliation to an organization of a religious, philosophical, or political nature, data related to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data; 
      3. “Processing of Personal Data” means any operation performed on Personal Data, through automatic means or not, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction. Any other operation provided for under applicable legislation is also considered Processing of Personal Data;
      4. “Data Protection Laws” means all legal provisions that regulate the Processing of Personal Data, including, but not limited to, Law No. 13.709/18, General Data Protection Law (“LGPD”).
2. Use of Personal Data

      THE PLATFORM IS NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 (EIGHTEEN) YEARS, AND WE REQUEST THAT SUCH PERSONS DO NOT PROVIDE US WITH ANY PERSONAL DATA.

3. Non-provision of Personal Data
   
   1. You are not obligated to share the Personal Data we request, however, if you choose not to share them, in some cases, we may not be able to provide you with full access to the Store, some specialized features, or be able to provide the necessary assistance or, still, enable the delivery of the product or provision of the service contracted by you.
4. Data collected
   1. The general public can browse the Store without any need for registration and sending of Personal Data. However, some functionalities of the Store may depend on registration and sending of Personal Data such as completing the purchase/hiring of the service and/or enabling the delivery of the product/provision of the service by us.

11. Privacy Policy Updates
    1. If we modify our Privacy Policy, we will post the new text in the Store, with the updated revision date. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. Should there be a significant change in the terms of this Privacy Policy, we may inform you using the contact information we have in our database or through a notification in our Store.
    2. We are committed to not processing your Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes described above, except as otherwise required by law or court order.
